How do I activate the coupon code I just received?
The way you activate a coupon code will vary depending on whether or not you've created an ad on Facebook before.

To activate a coupon as a new advertiser:

1. Create an ad with the ad create tool.
2. After you click Place Order, you'll see a box with the option to add a coupon.
3. Select Facebook Ad Coupon and enter the coupon code you received as well as the primary payment method for the account. Keep in mind that your payment method will only be charged once your coupon is fully used or it expires.

To activate a coupon as an existing advertiser:

1. Open Payment Methods in your ads manager under Billing.
2. Click Add New Payment Method at the top right.
3. Select Facebook Ad Coupon and click Continue.
